Responsibilities:
Pick up deliveries and run errands as needed Do other assigned tasks as needed Keep track of filing systems for administrative tasks Take phone calls and emails and relay relevant information to streamline our processes Schedule travel and arranging for accommodations, flights, and transportation
Qualifications:
Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Office Take the initiative to finish tasks responsibly Previous work experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, executive assistant, or related job experience, such as business administration Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills High school diploma or GED required About Company Home Pride Construction, Inc is a residential construction firm that specializes in additions and remodels.
